All you need are 2 tablespoons of broccoli sprouting seeds, a sprouting jar or mason jar, and a touch of TLC.
To obtain the benefits of broccoli sprouts, begin by soaking your seeds in a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar. Leave for 10 minutes to sanitize, and then rinse with fresh water. Next, place the seeds into a jar, fully submerging them in water. Cover the mouth of the jar with a cloth or screen and secure with a rubber band. To produce the best broccoli sprouts, you should leave the jar in a warm, dark room overnight.
